Team Talks

Phil speaks to work teams facing a health challenge within the team. This could be a cancer diagnosis – one of the most common personal and work disruptors to both the diagnosed individual and her/his team today.

With his in-depth cancer and corporate experiences, Phil talks to and works with the team in a workshop setting to establish tools and behaviours that will enable them to fully support the affected person while retaining team cohesion and effectiveness.

Phil also talks to teams facing workplace change. He uses his unique life experiences to help provide perspective, firstly, then preps staff on the behaviors and tools that can reduce or
help eliminate stress from the process. The outcome is maintained wellbeing,
team harmony and productivity.
