Phil Kerslake has led organisations in the Human Resource Management and Property Sectors and coached numerous leaders in effective, principled leadership. He has been honoured in Europe, United States and domestically for his public speaking and coaching work in the healthcare arena, including being bestowed the Queen's Honour Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2014.
Phil is a world-renowned and respected cancer survivor. Diagnosed with incurable cancer in his teens, he has beaten at least eight cancer diagnoses over 40 years.
As New Zealand’s most prolific cancer survivor, he is celebrated for his ability to prevail through his adversities with resilience, tactics, determination and humour.
Phil lives in the City of Upper Hutt with his gorgeous Wife Gillian and their incorrigible but loveable young sons. Phil is passionately committed to helping you achieve your objectives through his values-based services.

I believe fervently in the principal of living by your values and in accordance with your unique and innate ways of being, relating and creating. Most every one of us will thrive or stagnate in our personal lives and workplaces depending on whether we choose to live this way or not.
I also believe that most anything is possible when ability, application and support are present in an endeavour – with my highest emphasis being on application. I can’t change the innate abilities within you, your staff, your Members, or clients.
But I can coach, mentor, and otherwise inspire you all to achieve more than you imagined.
